What warranty do your products have?
We warrant that our products will be supplied free from damage and defects at the time of delivery.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, accidents, unauthorised modifications or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

How do you ship the bins?
Our bins are shipped as standalone items, usually stacked two to three high. Other items, such as lids and feet, may be securely packed inside the bins for transport.
We work with a variety of freight carriers to service your location as economically as possible. If the freight cost does not look quite right, please contact us — we’re happy to help.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and product availability. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 48 hours, with most orders delivered within one to two weeks. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided when your order is confirmed.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our flagship Nally MegaBin range is proudly manufactured right here in Australia. While some products may be sourced from trusted global suppliers, we always endeavour to support Australian manufacturing wherever possible.
Every item we offer is selected to meet the same high standards of quality, durability and reliability.
How long have you been in business?
We recently created the Pallet Bins Australia website and brand as a way to better serve our customers and simplify our product offering.
The team behind Pallet Bins Australia has been supplying quality plastic pallet bins to Australia's food and industrial sectors for over 20 years.
Do you issue Tax invoices?
Yes. As we primarily supply businesses, we make the purchasing process as simple as possible. A PDF tax invoice is automatically emailed with your order confirmation, and if you create an account, you can log in at any time to view your order history and download copies of your invoices.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We can offer volume pricing and discounts on larger orders, with the greatest savings typically available on orders of 20 or more bins.
