Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We can offer volume pricing and discounts on larger orders, with the greatest savings typically available on orders of 30 or more bins.

Do you issue tax invoices?
Yes. As we primarily supply businesses, we do everything possible to make the purchasing process straightforward.
A PDF tax invoice is automatically emailed with your order confirmation. Customers can also log back into their account to review their order history and download copies of previous invoices.
Do you take bank transfers / deposits?
Yes. Proceed through checkout as normal, open the dropdown beside the payment method and select + Pay another way. Choose Bank Deposit and continue.
Our bank details will be displayed at checkout, Take note of these details if you wish to pay at a later time.
Select Complete order, and a tax invoice will be provided with your order confirmation.
Please make payment within 3 days of completing your order.
How long have you been in business?
We recently created the Pallet Bins Australia website to simplify our offering and make purchasing pallet bins easier for our customers.
The team behind Pallet Bins Australia has been supplying quality plastic pallet bins to Australia’s food, beverage and industrial sectors for over 20 years.
What warranty do your products have?
We warrant that our products will be delivered free from damage and defects.
Our warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, accidents, unauthorised modifications or using a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.

What equipment do I need to receive my delivery?
Due to the size of our products, you will generally need a forklift or other suitable mechanical unloading equipment available at the delivery address.
If you don’t have unloading equipment, please contact us before ordering. We may be able to arrange an alternative delivery service, such as tailgate delivery, depending on the products and your location. Additional charges may apply.
What is your returns policy?
We offer seven-day change-of-mind returns. You have seven days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Products must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging where applicable. Original freight charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return transport.

How do you ship the bins?
Bins are transported as standalone items and are usually stacked two to three bins high. Smaller items, such as lids and replacement feet, may be safely packed inside the bins during transport.
We work with a variety of carriers to provide the most economical delivery service available for your location. If the freight cost shown at checkout doesn’t look quite right, please contact us at team@palletbins.shop We’re happy to help.
What is the shipping lead time?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 48 hours, with delivery typically taking one to two weeks.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe. Please contact us if you require your order by a particular date.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our flagship Nally MegaBin range is proudly manufactured right here in Australia. While some products may be sourced from trusted global suppliers, we always endeavour to support Australian manufacturing wherever possible.
Every item we offer is selected to meet the same high standards of quality, durability and reliability.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
